A: Sounds like a AUDIO UNIT Issue that was not programmed properly, or AUDIO UNIT itself.

jump it
pull out the fuel relay fuse and put it back in
check the fuel cut off switch
but since its not turning over i would bet its the battery so jumping it is your best bet

A: It most likely means that it will play MP3s burned onto a CD. It will only play an iPod if there is a jack on the front of it for a cable.
If you want to play your iPod, the best thing to get is an FM transmitter. They usually will have a charging feature as well to keep your batteries up and will work with pretty much every car radio.
